Product Care and Maintenance
Sedona Copper Cascades are created using a combination of copper and polished natural stones. Be aware that harsh cleaners or chemicals can damage your cascade.
If you wish to clean your Cascade’s stones, we recommend using warm water to dampen a cloth and carefully wipe each one. To clean the copper, you can. use a mild cleaner but be careful to not allow it to come into contact with the stones
Returns and Refunds
Crimson Desert Designs creates handmade, custom pieces. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We post all necessary information, including size and weight, for each piece so please take the time to make sure that it will fit into your space. We are happy to engage in communications before or after a sale to try and assure your satisfaction.
